1045AM Digital Solutions SRL remains the merchant of record. Stripe acts solely as a payment processing provider.

6.3 By submitting payment details, you authorise 1045AM to charge the applicable fees using the selected payment method.

7. Subscriptions and Renewal

7.1 Subscription services renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless cancelled prior to renewal.

7.2 Subscription management, including cancellation, is available through the user account.

7.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
